Our automatic cage stacker is designed to optimize the stacking of live poultry cages in processing plants, increasing operational efficiency with a robust, safe, and standardized system.

Built entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel, it features a slat chaining conveyor and a continuous-motion lifting drum, which minimizes mechanical wear and simplifies maintenance.

This electro-pneumatic equipment operates at 4 to 6 bar and integrates top-brand components: solenoid valves, FRL unit, and Schneider Electric automation, all housed in a stainless steel control panel. Its intuitive graphical interface allows for easy cycle and timing configuration.

Each stacking cycle allows stacking up to 24 cages (3 x 8), achieving greater productivity with minimal manual intervention.
