Live Chick Conveyor | Custom Design

This conveyor is designed for the continuous and safe transport of live baby chicks, facilitating their movement between different areas of the plant. It features a rubber cleated belt, an AISI 304 stainless steel structure, and a demountable design that facilitates installation, maintenance, and adaptation to the requirements of each project.

The system is manufactured according to the customer’s requirements, allowing the dimensions, heights, inclinations, and configuration of the different sections to be defined according to the available space and workflow of each installation. Its four-section configuration combines horizontal and inclined sections, including an elevated section that provides the necessary clearance for cart circulation and a cantilevered discharge section.
